MNORM(array, norm)

MNORM(array, norm) returns the norm of a matrix entered as an array or Excel range. Pass norm = 1 for ||a||1 (the maximal column sum), norm = 2 for Euclid/Frobenius (||a||2 =Euclid/Frobenius Function , or norm = 3 for ||a||∞ (the maximal row sum).
