PsiSip (sip)

PsiSip returns trials for an uncertain variable from a list or vector of sample data, called a Stochastic Information Packet (SIP).  The sip argument is an Excel cell range containing the list of sample data.  The value returned by PsiSip() on the ith trial is the ith value in the list. Use PsiCertify() in the 2nd argument to certify the SIP. See the PsiCertify property for more information on certifying a distribution.
