PsiTargetD()/PsiXtoQ()

PsiTargetD (cell_or_name,target value,simulation) or PsiXtoQ (cell_or_name,target value,simulation)

PsiTargetD/PsiXtoQ return the descending cumulative probability of the target value in the distribution of trial values for the specified uncertain function cell.  Both functions return the proportion of simulated values for cell_or_name that are less than or equal to target value.
